Violence Research Study

Welcome to the Vanderbilt Violence Research Study homepage. This site was initially created with the purpose to serve as a platform for our study. Today we maintain it for archive purposes and to offer a list of studies directly or indirectly related to various forms of violence.

The site served his brief purpose but didn't had the heart to delete it so I got it back online. There is not much on it but I tried to compile a list of resources, some references to studies pertaining to violence and put up a few articles that might be useful for whoever does research in this area.

Obviously this is not a one stop resource on the subject of violence or even a comprehensive resource. Also, I don't have much time or interest in building this site up into something bigger. So the situation essentially is summarized as take it or leave it.

At the end of the day Google, Wikipedia and Amazon are your friends. So do go out there and use them, find what you're looking for. If you're serious about studying this area then you will have to get your hands on some good books or find research papers on this topic. We also recommend taking a look at some CNA courses if they are of interest to you.
